Genres: Fiction, Poetry

Tim Erickson is a poet, writer, and photographer with degrees from the University of Kansas (Journalism) and Kansas State University (Aviation Maintenance).

From an earlier career in daily newspapers, he transitioned into the high-flying world of business aviation. As a pilot and aircraft mechanic, he has a keen interest in all things technical. His writing style typically reflects both a technical attention to detail and the nuances of human interaction.

Tim is the author of four books, ranging from poetry (Chasing Magenta at Solstice) to travel (The Journey of 1,000 Miles & Camino 2018 Field Notes) to covert government activities (The Deep Sleep). He lives in Central Florida, loves the smell of jet fuel in the morning, and completed his fifth book—Bill Mahoney, A Pilot’s Tale.
