Join us as we celebrate stories, spark imagination, and showcase the incredible talent of Space Coast authors — right in the heart of historic Cocoa Village!

🌟 A Book Fair Built for Writers & Readers Alike

This festive community event replaces our February monthly meeting and brings all the excitement outside — connecting local authors with the readers who love them!

Whether you write mystery or memoir, picture books or poetry, this is your moment to shine, to sell, and to share your passion with the world.

📋 Event Details at a Glance

  • Spaces Available for 50 Authors
  • First-come, first-served for table reservations
  • Participants should bring:
    • One 4 ft. table
    • Table covers and paraphernalia
    • Chair
    • Whatever other items you’d like to sell: bookmarks, tote bags, reading gear, you name it!
  • Need a table? We’ve got you!
    • Guild-provided table rental: $10 (see registration form)

🌈 Kid Zone — A Special Feature!

📖✨ Our children’s book authors will take center stage in a dedicated reading area designed for little book lovers and their families.
Stories will be shared throughout the day — helping us grow the next generation of readers!

We’ll be promoting this event far and wide — through:

  • Local advertising
  • Community partners

Our goal? A bustling, joyful crowd ready to support local authors and stock up on great reads!

We’d love to have you join us as an exhibitor at the Space Coast Writers Guild First Annual Book Fair. Download the registration form in your preferred format, fill it out, and submit it as directed on the form to confirm your space.
