Don Wynn was born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama. His stories center around recollections from the Huntsville of his youth and from his later travels. The first in his family to graduate college, Don traveled extensively during his career as a software consultant. He and his wife, Dixie, have continued their travels in retirement.

Don’s early stories were published in two magazines, Old Huntsville and Old Sand Mountain. His first book is an illustrated book titled Develop Your Soft Skills for Success as a Consultant, in which he shares insights and advice about improving the reader’s interpersonal ‘people’ skills. Recently, Don has set forth a collection of short stories, titled Tales from Down Home and Beyond, which relate tales of life in the South and from his later travels.
