Chris Robinson is drawn to giving voice to ordinary people who lived through extraordinary times in the twentieth century. Her current audio drama is based on a published WWII diary written by a woman interned in a Japanese prison camp in the Philippines.
She began writing in college for the Mayor of San Jose, California, and soon switched to freelance work, publishing articles in the San Jose Mercury, San Francisco Chronicle, MS Magazine, and in-flight magazines. Next came editor positions at travel and business magazines before a 20-year career writing for the semiconductor and IT industries.
