Susan Walberg is an attorney and healthcare consultant who writes both non-fiction and fiction. Her books all draw on her 30+ years in the healthcare field, where she has worked as a fraud investigator, attorney, and compliance officer (she’s seen a lot of interesting stuff!).

Her nonfiction books are various guides to healthcare compliance. Her most recent novel, The Hippocratic Deception, is a Medical-Legal thriller and the first in a series.

When Susan isn’t working or writing, she takes care of her orchids, cats, and chickens. Susan lives in Palm Bay, Florida, with her mother and the assorted plants and animals. She has also lived in Maryland, New York, and Alaska, and is originally from Seattle.
